Announcements Sept-Oct 2025

• Peter Chynoweth and his wife, Sharon, will be visiting Fort McMurray on September 13 and 14.  Rev. Chynoweth is our Pastoral Care Supervisor, and has supported and advised us or several years.  Rev. Chynoweth will be conducting the service on September 14, and Sharon will be the musician for that Sunday.  A chance for all of us to enjoy Peter’s message.
• PART TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY The church is looking for someone who would be interested in doing cleaning at the church for 2-4 hours per week.  If you would like further information, see Alistair.
• THEN LET US SING  We have new supplemental hymn books called Then Let Us Sing.  Thank you to all those who have purchased books in memory of loved ones.  If you would like to purchase one, please let Isabelle Doblanko know.  The cost is $30.
• HOCKEY ANYONE? The Edmonton Oil Kings are once again offering their Faith and Fun Night on October 25, 2025 at 7 pm, against the Regina Pats. If anyone is interested in attending this event, please see Isabelle for details.
• FESTIVAL OF TREES – The church will be donating a decorated Christmas tree to the Festival of Trees, fundraiser for the Northern Lights Hospital Foundation, November 14-16, 2025.  We have the tree and we have some ideas.  If you would like to help with this fun project, please join us for a planning meeting on September 11 at 7 pm in the Conference Room at the church.  For more details, see Dorothy or Alison.
